Collage Supplies:
Die-Cut Chipboard & Acrylic (and stencils and masks)

I've put all the Acrylic things into their own section, below. Note: Die-cut chipboard books are on the Blank Books page. Thinner manila tags & cardstock die-cuts (including die-cut, printed acetate transparencies) are in the Paper: Tags, Etc. section.

Slide Mailers

Blank slide mailers for holding 2 slides. They're meant for safely shipping microscope slides, but the little cut-outs make lovely archways or windows (or you can cut out the divider and have a larger window on the inside).

Both samples are by Design Team Member Sarah Whitmire. The sample with the sweet kitty cats uses metal foil tape to bind the edges of the glass slides. Click on the photo to see more details in the gallery.

The sample with the red curtains uses images from the Witchy Business, Halloween Jumping Jacks and Skeleton Slide Mailers Collage Sheets; Halloween Treats Stickers; a Large Brass Snowflake Filigree and Crepe Paper.

Stencils

Acrylic masks are below.

Mermaids Stencil

A fun stencil, based on retro, '50s images (3 mermaids and 2 schools of fish). 4" x 9" lightweight stencil board (stencils are made thin enough to wrap around curves/corners when stenciling). Use a stencil brush so that your brushstrokes won't push paint under the edges of the cut-out design (or spray with a mister or spray paint to apply your color).

The mermaids at the top of the photo are "left overs" after I popped them out of the laser-cut stencil. Treat them as bonus chipboard art fodder. I left one of the mermaid "un-punched out" on the left side.

If you're planning to use the stencil a lot, I would use spray shellac to seal the stencil before you get paint on it (an oil-based varnish, rather than a water-based acrylic spray will last longer). Spray a few layers and let dry. Flip it over and do again.

$4.99

Wire Birds Stencil

5 birds, all sitting at different angles. Add a line or the top of a fence and you'll have them sitting in a row. 4" x 9" lightweight stencil board (stencils are made thin enough to wrap around curves/corners when stenciling). Use a stencil brush so that your brushstrokes won't push paint under the edges of the cut-out design (or spray with a mister or spray paint to apply your color).

Not Art Stencil

A fun dual stencil. Perfed so you can easily cut it apart (or bend it at 90 degrees to use just one side). 4" x 5" lightweight stencil board (stencils are made thin enough to wrap around curves/corners when stenciling). Use a stencil brush so that your brushstrokes won't push paint under the edges of the cut-out design (or spray with a mister or spray paint to apply your color).

Acrylic

Thinner, printed acetate transparencies are in the Paper: Tags, Etc. section.

Clear Acrylic Shrine Tags

Pointy-top tags in clear acrylic. 15 pieces in 3 sizes (as the label notes: 7 small pieces, 5 medium and 3 large; they're pretty small... the entire sheet is just over 5" long). (21 pieces if you count the tiny little doors... see the tiny shrine pendant Design Team Member Nicole Merkens made using tape-hinged doors). Covered in paper on both sides to keep them from getting scratched in transit (the paper is easy to peel off).

$5.99/set

Prong Frames w/Acrylic Inserts

Perfect size for inchies! (1" x 1".) Acrylic inserts come with a protective paper covering that is easily peeled off. Artwork shown is just as example (not included in w/the frames... but it is from the Pendants: Multiple Sizes/Shapes collage sheet.

Prongs are easily bent with needle-nose pliers.

$3.99/2 per package (2 prong frames + 2 pre-cut clear acrylic inserts)

Tim Holtz Acrylic Charms Set

Clear tags in 4 shapes (circles, ovals, squares and rectangles) with nicely rounded edges. And you get 4 sizes of each of the 4 shapes. The largest of the pieces is 1-3/4" tall. Glue over paper and/or tint with inks.

Set of 48 pieces
3 or 6 of each size of each shape; aka 4 sizes of circles (either 3 or 6 of each of those 4 sizes of circles) + 4 sizes of ovals, etc.

$8.99 $9.99

Clear, Die-Cut Book Pages

Clear acrylic die-cut pages in hearts & butterfly wing shapes (the 3 large sizes are pre-punched with binding holes; the small set of 4 hearts can be punched as you wish). Instead of stacking them directly on top of one another, try layering one piece towards the top, one in the middle and one on the bottom. Or even just the front & back covers. For binding, they can be laced with ribbons or use metal binding rings.

These pages are crystal clear; the small heart in the larger photo has just been tilted so you can see the shape. Note: peel the protective paper off of both sides before decorating.

Sale prices:
4 small hearts, $3.75;
1 large lacy heart, $2.75;
1 6x6" heart, $1.49
1 large butterfly wing, $1.99

(Regular prices:

Tim Holtz Masks

Die-cut, clear vinyl masks (die-cut designs to pop out and use as stencils — both the positive and negative parts can be used). The backing sheet shows the patterns in black printing (and could be cut up and used in artwork, too, although you'd probably want to keep them to store the masks on).

The masks have repositionable adhesive on the back so you can use them again and again. Simply apply inks, paints, sprays, or a variety of other mediums over the mask. The masks are clear, so you are easily able to see how much ink you are applying to the desired area.

Wipe or wash mask after inking — the repositionable adhesive will still cling again and again. Here's a video by Tim Holtz showing them in use.

"Borderline" includes 4 borders: 2 barbed wire sections, and 2 different wrought iron patterns, that are all approximately 11" long and 1" to 2-1/4" wide. "Timeworks" has 5 pieces: 4 gears that vary in size from approximately 2" to 3" and a grunge clock face with Roman numerals approximately 5" in diameter.

Mini Compass Mask

Die-cut, clear vinyl mask (die-cut designs to pop out and use as a stencil... or kind of the inverse of a stencil as you'll be leaving the unpainted design behind when you remove the mask). The backing sheet shows the patterns in black printing (and could be cut up and used in artwork, too, although you'd probably want to keep them to store the mask on).

Masks have repositionable adhesive on the back so you can use them again and again. Simply apply inks, paints, sprays, or a variety of other mediums over the mask. The masks are clear, so you are easily able to see how much ink you are applying to the desired area.
