Cling (or Clear) Stamp Storage Panels & Binders

The Storage Panels are 3-hole punched for a standard binder (or use the enclosed binders here). They can store stamps on both sides and come in a set of 5. Cling-foam mounted rubber stamps (or clear stamp) temporarily adhere to the shiny surface on the panels (just peel off the stamps and replace them when done). You can add a cardstock sheet before each panel to create your own index images.

These binders have a flip closure and are completely enclosed (to keep out dust and to prevent anything from escaping if dropped or held upside-down). The rings are standard spacing for 8-1/2 x 11" paper. Binders are 10-3/4" wide x 11-5/8" Tall x 1-1/2" Thick.

Tonic Scissors

Tim Holtz-designed, non-stick, micro-serrated scissors. Egonomic, cushioned handles. Very sharp... good for lots of things from paper to vinyl. They work well for cutting rubber stamps, too. A plastic cap is included for blade protection and safety. 6-1/2" long. More scissors on the Tools page.

$11.95

Tack 'N Peel

Nice product. It's clear so you can see where you're stamping. One side adheres to a clear acrylic mount (or other object) and the other side is permanently tacky (to temporarily adhere unmounted rubber stamps — do not mix with stamps already adhered to EZ Mount foam). Also has a nice cushion-y feel (so you get a good impression). Sheets are faily small, but once you put them on your mounts, you're done — you don't have to do anything to your unmounted rubber stamps except trim them. Here are instructions from the manufacturer (and instructions are included in the package).

I'd recommend using dye ink (rather than pigment ink) so that if you are a little sloppy when inking your stamps, the ink won't interfere with the stickiness of the Tack 'N Peel. Dye ink and clear acrylic mounts are below.

$8.95 for one 4" x 6.5" sheet

Ink Pads & Reinkers

Tiny Red VersaColor Stamp Pads

About 1" square. A nice, deep red pigment ink. Raised foam pad. Acid Free.

$1.95

VersaFine - Black

This natural oil-based pigment ink dries instantly on matte cardstock (I give it a few hours on coated stock or help it along with a heat gun) so you can watercolor or marker over and it won't bleed. (The oil-based ink pad also lasts longer than dye ink pads, without needing to be reinked). Extremely fine detail. Acid-free & archival. It also has a nice flip-top cover so you never lose the cover.

$7.95

Small Versafine Pad

A tiny little stamp pad to try out the Versafine ink. Black 1" x 1" cube. See above for full description. You can ink a big stamp with a little pad... just turn the stamp over (so the rubber is facing up) and tap the inkpad across the rubber.

$2.75

VersaCraft Ink Pad and/or Reinker

Permanent on fabric (heat setting is required and fabric should be pre-washed to remove sizing). (Heat setting means ironing without steam, or heating with an embossing gun.) Also good on a variety of other surfaces such as paper, wood, leather, unglazed ceramic, paper mache and shrink plastic.

Most pigment ink pads are glycerine based, and slow drying, which makes them good for embossing but not good for stamping on fabric, wood or polymer clay. VersaCraft is pigment ink but not glycerine based.

Black, Chocolate Brown or Midnight Blue.

Midnight Blue Ink Pads are backordered.

Gluepads and Glitter

It's glue in a stamp pad! The "Palette Stamp & Stick Gluepad" is a clear (or black), heat activated adhesive solution for applying fine pigments, glitter, metallic leaf and metallic or chalk powders to a stamped image. Acid Free and Archival.

The black Gluepads come with a reinker. The clear pads are just the pad. You'll need a heat gun to bring out the stickiness. Works better on coated paper, but with a chunky stamp image, I've had some luck on uncoated stocks. Instructions are included. The glue comes off rubber stamps easily (it's only sticky after it's heated).

The lower snowflake image on the navy blue sample uses the Clear Micro Beads (and the Small Snowflake rubber stamp). The Clear Micro Beads pick up the color of the paper or other material under it (it's subtler than the photo as the flash made the image whiter than it really is). The Pearl Glitter is chunkier — would be good for creating vintage 3D snow.

The velvet flocking sheets in the top photo are available above (the Gluepads are not quite sticky enough to use with the velvet flocking sheets).
