We wholesale rubber stamps (only rubber stamps at this time) to verified retailers. To order wholesale you must have a valid business certificate and/or resale tax certificate.

All rubber stamps (unmounted or trimmed on cling-foam) are packaged in clear bags with an index sheet, and a hang tab ready for shop display.

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped FOB Martinez, CA. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and American Express. All orders must be pre-paid. All prices are in US Dollars.

We ask for minimum orders of $50 with a minimum of two per each item on your order.

To Create an Online Account

1. Click HERE and complete our online registration form

2. After you have submitted the registration form you will need to email a copy of your business certificate and/or resale tax certificate to wholesale@alphastamps.com or fax a hard copy to 925-228-5025. We must have your business documentation on file before we can change your online account to wholesale status.

3. Lastly, we ask that you add wholesale@alphastamps.com to your address book or safe senders list in order to receive your welcome email from us! For some reason our emails often go into spam folders so PLEASE don’t skip this step.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t receive a welcome email within 24 hours of submitting your business forms please contact us; we might not have received your documents.

Return Requests and/or Order Errors

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery. Pre-approval for all returns must be obtained by emailing Teri. Returns will be shipped at store owners expense and a 15% restocking fee will be required. Refunds will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. All products must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on packages with price stickers.

Please report any order errors or shortages within 7 days from date of delivery by emailing Teri or faxing us at 925-228-5025. Please be sure you count all packages before signing for a shipment.

We reserve the right to make changes to product offerings, prices, and terms without written notice. Alpha Stamps is not responsible for printing errors or typographical errors on order forms, price lists, or on its Web site. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel orders, or suspend wholesale accounts.
