Updated September 2012: We ship via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Orders are processed and shipped first-come-first-served and usually leave our warehouse 4 to 7 business days from the day the order was received. However, during busy times (including the Autumn Halloween/Christmas rush, which usually ends by Thanksgiving), orders usually leave our warehouse 7 to 10 business days from the day the order was received.

Shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout, and are based on the dollar amount of your order. We use PayPal for online credit card transactions but you don't have to have a PayPal account to checkout. Just follow the simple instructions on the first PayPal page to check out without signing into PayPal.

Our shopping cart software does not quite understand shipping charges on digital collage sheets. If your order only includes digital products, no shipping will be charged, however if your order includes a mix of digital and tangible products, shipping charges will be based on the total dollar value of the order. You may wish to place two separate orders if you are purchasing a combination of digital collage sheets as well as tangible products to save on shipping.

International Shipping Charges

Updated March 2013: When you check out, the "World Zone Rates" option is for Priority International (more information on Priority rates is below). You may choose the "USPS" option if you are willing to have your order shipped via First Class International (which is a slower but less expensive method). Note: additional shipping charges may still be required; if so, you will be contacted via email.

Updated January 28, 2013: Priority shipping for international packages is $23.95 ($19.95 to Canada) for a Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box (8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8") or a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (12-1/2'' x 9-1/2''). Yes, this is a substantial increase (that link is to a chart of international rates for 2012 vs 2013).

You may be asked to pay an additional shipping charge if your items are too large or there are too many items to fit in either a Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box or Envelope. Items too large or too numerous for a Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box or Envelope will not be available for international shipping unless you are willing to pay an additional shipping charge. You will receive an email from us after placing your order, indicating the need for additional shipping.

Updated November 2010: PLEASE READ: Due to an influx of International buyers who have refused to pay additional shipping charges on their orders (and people who randomly change their minds) we will now be charging a restocking fee of 5% on all orders that are canceled by the customer. We will also be charging a 10% restocking fee for any international order that has to be canceled by us due to non payment of additional shipping charges.
 

Substitutions

Updated January 2013: We reserve the right to make ribbon, trim or embellishment substitutions in kits, based on availability from the manufacturer. (Ribbons are generally only changed when a color is discontinued).
 

Returns

Updated December 2009: We have few strict rules, but one of them does concern returns. First, we do not accept returns on cut ribbons, yardage, magazines, books, collage sheets or opened "packaged" items. Pre-approval for all returns must be obtained by email (please explain the reason for the return when emailing). We honor returns 30 days from the ship date only (no exceptions to this rule). All returns will be given store credit, no refunds. Ordinarily you will not be credited for shipping. We absolutely do not credit for used merchandise, unless there is a problem with the manufacturing of the product. We do not accept any returns on "Special Orders."
