are the scrolly edges from rubber stamped images with embossing powder?

Yes, I used a florish stamp and ultra fine gold embossing powder...you have to be very careful not to let parts of the transparency get to hot or it will melt. Also the transparency film collects the embossing powder so I always dust it with chalk first.
